"I Have A Dream" is a speech written by Martin Luther King Jr. that addresses the rights and equality of Americans, particularly the 'negros' or the African American community wig are often discriminated in society. MLK dressed the American historical context including the Emancipation Proclamation which implies that the audience of MLK's speech are his fellow Americans, black or white regardless of race and background. MLK addresses the negative treatment of African Americans in the American society using a harsh and pessimistic tone which suggests that through this speech, he wants to convey his purpose to end racism, discrimination, inequality and injustice of any American in the American society.
